REGISTRATION POLICY

Before registering for our classes, workshops, or programming, we ask that you take a moment to review our guidelines and policies. Due to the advanced nature of class enrollment, we are not always able to fill last minute vacancies created by cancellations or class switches. Therefore, we have created policies that we feel are both accommodating to our customers and fair to Mama & Me. Please review the policies below, as these policies are binding when you register with us.

Registration Policies (Classes, Programs, Workshops, Special Events)

  • Full refunds will be given within 48 hours of registration. To cancel within this grace period, customers must send us a written notice (via email: info@mymamaandme.com) of cancellation. Mama & Me will process and issue the refund within 7 business days.
  • Please read our CANCELLATION POLICY for details regarding class cancellations after the 48 hour registration period.

Participation Policies (Classes, Programs, Workshops, Special Events)

  • Our parent/child classes are not licensed by the Department of Early Education and Care or any other state agency, therefore all parents/guardians/caretakers must remain on the premises and participate with their children throughout the duration of each class. 

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for the basic care  and must respond immediately to their children's caretaking needs as they arise during class (including, but not limited to diapering, toileting, and discipline). No food/snack is allowed in class; breastfeeding or bottle feeding is welcome as needed.

  • By participating in our parent/child classes, parents/guardians/caretakers agree and adhere to the above listed policies.
