Our prenatal yoga class is designed for expectant mothers in all stages of pregnancy. This class places emphasis on safe strengthening, stretching and connecting to body and breath, while cultivating a meditative, positive, and peaceful frame of mind. Beginners to yoga welcome to this balanced, adaptable yoga practice. 

Registration Details:

All pregnancies vary from person to person. Please discuss with your care provider whether or not you are fit to participate in this prenatal exercise program. Yoga mats are provided, pillows, and blocks are provided for your comfort and convenience. Please bring cash or check for payment in class or purchase a 10 class fitness pass online with a credit card before coming to class.

PLEASE NOTE: Participants may purchase either a drop in, single class visit or a 10 class pass above. Our 10 Class Pass may be used towards Postnatal Pilates or Postnatal Yoga classes. All 10 class passes expire 6 months from date of purchase.
