I was sorry that I had to go back to work and couldn’t continue with the class.”This core-strengthening class is designed for new parents and their non-mobile babies, aged 6 weeks and older. Pilates mat exercises are modified to include your baby, in ways that help to develop your bond and your body! This low-impact workout will re-strengthen the deep muscles of the core, including abdominals, back, hips and shoulders. This class will help you regain your pre-baby body while offering you the opportunity to meet other new moms in your community, and foster your connection with your child. This class is taught by a mom who is certified Pilates Mat & Apparatus and is a Prenatal & Postpartum Pilates teacher trainer who has studied extensively with first and second generation elders since 1995. 

Registration Details:

All deliveries and recoveries vary from person to person. A doctor's clearance is necessary before beginning this or any postnatal exercise program. Please bring cash or check for payment in class or purchase a drop-in visit or fitness pass online with a credit card before coming to class.

PLEASE NOTE: There are NO make up classes offered for any dates missed in the fall Postnatal Yoga series. Participants wishing for greater flexibility in scheduling options may purchase either a drop in, single class visit or a 10 class pass. Our 10 Class Pass may be used towards Postnatal Pilates or Postnatal Yoga classes. All 10 Class Passes expire 6 months from date of purchase.
