Birthday Party Options
We have recently expanded our birthday party options! Please see the options below for more information on our new packages, additional options, how to request more information, and how to book a party.
All Birthday Parties include the following:
• 10 Children (add extra children for $5/child)
• Unlimited Adults and Babies under 1 year
• Table and Chairs for Children
• 1 Birthday Party Attendant
All birthday parties are designed for Saturday or Sunday. Time slots are typically 10:30-12:30, 1:00-3:00, 3:30-5:30 for all two hour parties. Availability is limited and birthdays parties are not booked until deposit is received. NIGHT OWL PARTY

• 1.5 hours Private Rental of both Art & Movement Studios

ART PARTY
• 2 hours of Private Rental of Art & Movement Studios
• Facilitated Art Activity for 30 minutes
• Smocks shirts for painting and washcloths for clean-up
• Open Play in Movement Studio with climbing mats, balls, tunnels & more

TUMBLE GYM PARTY
• 2 hours of Private Rental of Art & Movement Studios
• Guided 1/2 hour of movement/tumbling activity with an instructor

PAINT & PLAY PARTY
• 2 hours of Private Rental of Art Studio & Creative Playspace
• Facilitated Art Activity for 30 minutes

TUMBLE & PLAY PARTY

ULTIMATE PARTY
• 2 hours of Private Rental of All Studios! (Art, Movement & Creative Playspace)
• 15 kids included (Recommended for birthday parties over 15 children)
• Guided 1/2 hour of movement/tumbling activity with an instructor
• Open Play in Movement Studio with climbing mats, balls, tunnels & more
• Open Play in Creative Playspace

Additional Package Items:

Additional Amenities:
For the added convenience of our guests, we also provide a coffee pot, refrigerator and freezer, sink, and changing table/nursing area.
Inquire About Availability:
To request more information about Mama & Me hosting your child's birthday party, please fill out our Birthday Party Request Form and we will get back to you with available dates and more information. A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to reserve the date.
Birthday Party Policy:
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to reserve the date/time of a party. If for any reasons the party family needs to cancel or reschedule the birthday party, a $50 fee will be charged in order to reschedule the party. Cancelations must be made in writing, email is acceptable.
Deposits can be made via cash, check, or Visa/Mastercard. Final payment is due before your guests arrive and the party begins at Mama & Me. Final payments can be made via cash, check or Visa/Mastercard. Each package price includes 10 children. If less than 10 children attend the birthday party, you are still responsible for the entire package price. If more than 10 children are present, a fee of $5 per each additional child (above the age of 12 months) will be added to your final bill.
Pay Deposit/Book Party:
After we have confirmed a date and time availble for your party, you will need to go online and pay a non-refundable $100 deposit to book your party. Please keep in mind that dates book up quickly and only your despoit will reserve your date and time.
