GROUPON FAQ
Thank you for purchasing a GROUPON! Here are some answers to Frequently Asked Questions that you may have. We look forward to having you in one of our classes this fall!
1. Can I use the Groupon on Sunday Paint Playground or Toddler Enrichment Program?
NO-- the Groupon must be redeemed in full all at once, so it is not valid towards anything less than it's $80 value. As stated in the fine print the Groupon is not valid towards the Sunday Paint Playground classes or the Toddler Enrichment Program.
2. What can I use my Groupon on?
Groupons can be used in the following ways:
- Redeemed for a Parent Passport
- Used towards a multi-session parent/child class
- Used towards a birthday party package at Mama & Me (not deposit)
3. Can I combine my Groupons for a class?
NO-- the Groupon rules specifically state that they cannot be used in combination with any other offer.
4. How do I redeem my Groupons?
FOR PARENT PASSPORT: You can simply click on the registration tab on the Parent Passport page, follow the instructions to upload a PDF of your Groupon. We will redeem your Groupon and set up your Parent Passport in studio. Your Parent Passport is ready for use immediately and may be used towards Creative Playspace and Open Gym, Little Movers, or Storytime Play.
FOR CLASSES AND BIRTHDAY PARTIES: Print your Groupon voucher, bring it into the studio to redeem between the hours of Monday-Friday 9:00am-12:30pm and 3:30-5:30pm. We will apply the $80 towards the balance of your class or birthday party, and you can pay any remaining balances due here to complete your registration/payment. We accept cash, credit cards, or checks in studio.
5. I just registered for a class and I forgot to use my Groupon, can I use it now and have a refund?
NO-- unfortunately we cannot process Groupons for past class registrations. Hold onto the Groupon, as it can be used for the Winter registrations, you have 6 months before it expires.
6. Can I give my Groupon to a friend or transfer my Groupon to someone else?
YES-- Groupons are limited to 1 per family. However, you are allowed to purchase more than one for gifts to others. If you can no longer use your Groupon or want to give it to a friend, that's fine by us. Please feel free to pass on the savings, just be sure to use them by the expiration date listed on the voucher.
