CLASS MAKE-UP POLICY

During the course of a multi-week class series we understand that our participants may occasionally have to miss a class due to illness, travel, appointments, or any other circumstance that may arise. Therefore we do allow for make-ups within the session when possible. Please see details below for the specific make-up policies regarding your registration.

• Parent/Child Classes: All parent/child classes allow 1 make-up class per session for non-members. Our members receive the benefit of unlimited make-up classes, so long as they are completed before the end of the term in which you are enrolled in. Class make-ups can be scheduled at the front desk, or online, please see our make-up calendar (issued during 3rd week of classes). It is the customers responsibility to schedule class make-ups. All unused make-up classes will be forfeited at the end of the session term, no credit or refunds will be given.
• Toddler Enrichment Program: We apologize, but due to the advanced nature of our admission process and to ensure our staff/child ratios remain consistent for this program, no credit, refunds, or make up sessions will be given/allowed as a result of an absence of any kind during the Toddler Enrichment Program.
• Workshops/Special Events: Unfortunately one-time workshops and special events cannot usually be re-scheduled.  Due to the limited availability and advanced nature of registration, the cost of enrollment in a workshop or special event is non-refundable, however if permissible by the instructor, it may be transferable to another individual for that same workshop/event.
