Mama & Me, LLC, IMPORTANT NOTICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS:
Before registering and purchasing classes at Mama & Me, we ask that you take a moment to review our cancellation and refund policies. Due to the advanced nature of our class
registrations, we are often not able to fill last minute vacancies created by cancellations or changes. Therefore we have created policies which we feel are both accommodating to
our customers and fair to Mama & Me, LLC. Please read the following policies thoroughly before submitting your order. Thank you for your understanding.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
RE-SCHEDULING OPTION: If you sign up for a class and need to change the date for any reason, there will be a $15 change fee for the work that goes into moving the information,
reconfirming, and attempting to fill your space. This option is good as long as you call us (617-372-7448) with at least 7 DAYS NOTICE. (Please try to give us as much advance notice
as possible.) At the time of rescheduling, you'll need to let us know which class you would like to transfer into. Credit for the full value of the class, minus the re-scheduling fee ($15)
will be given to the customer towards the value of the class for which he/she is transferring into. No cash refunds will be granted for any balances remaining on class transfers.
LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS: (DOES NOT APPLY TO BIRTHDAY PARTIES, PLEASE READ BIRTHDAY PARTY POLICY) Half Credit Option: If you need to cancel a multi-week class (4,6
or 8 week series) for any reason and you call us with at least 48 hours notice (but less than 7 days before the class), you are eligible for a HALF CREDIT of your class fee to use for any
future class. Note, this is not a refund, but a credit. You'll have up to 2 weeks from the date of the class to notify us which class you would like to apply your credit to, otherwise the
credit will be forfeited.
MAKE-UP CLASSES:
We offer 1 make-up class for each multi-week session/parent participatory class. If you miss a class within the session it is your responsibility to schedule a make-up date with the
instructor in advance. Make-up classes are not permitted in the Toddler Enrichment Program or the Storytime Theatre programs if you miss a class for any reason due to
scheduling reasons and in order to uphold teacher/student ratios. No refunds will be given for any missed or unused classes at Mama & Me.
BIRTHDAY PARTY DEPOSIT AND POLICY: Deposit requirements are as follows: $100 for all packages. Deposits ARE refundable less a $25 fee (planning and invitations) if notice is given
at least three weeks prior to the Event. Cancellations must be in writing, email is acceptable; please allow two weeks for refund processing. If for any reason the party family needs
to cancel or reschedule the birthday party event less than three weeks from the date of the party a $50 fee will charged in order to reschedule the party.
Deposit can be made via cash, check and or Major Credit Card (accepted through Paypal.com) Upon receipt of deposit you will receive a Confirmation and Contract letter in the
mail confirming the details of the said Event. Final payment is due before your guests arrive and the party begins at Mama & Me. Final payments may be made via Cash, Money
Order/Cashiers Check. Payment made via Major Credit Card must be processed (through PayPal.com) two-day before the scheduled event.
Each package price is based on a minimum of 10 guests. If less than 10 guests are present you are still responsible for the Package Price.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS (if we cancel): If enrollment is below the studio minimum of 4 students, the teacher has the right the right to cancel a class one week prior to the class. If a
class is cancelled, you will be contacted using the phone number and/or e-mail that you provided upon registration, and we will issue a full refund or a credit for any future class
(your choice). Your credit will be good for 6 months from the date of the class.
PUNCH CARDS: No refunds or center credit will be given for unused classes or Creative Playspace passes. All Creative Playspace punchcards expire 6 months from the date of
purchase.
WEATHER CANCELLATIONS: In case of inclement weather, Mama & Me reserves the right to cancel any and all classes as deemed necessary to ensure the safety of its families and
staff members. We refer to the Boston Public School Closing Announcements to help us determine the safety of the weather conditions. In general, when the Boston Public Schools are
closed, we will also be closed. If you are unsure, please check our website or call us at 617.372.7448 before attending classes.We will do our best to offer make-up classes for those
affected by the cancellation, however it is not always possible due to time and scheduling considerations. No refunds will be given for any cancellation relating to inclement weather.
