CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the advanced nature of class enrollment, we are not always able to fill last minute vacancies created by cancellations or class switches. Therefore, we have created policies that we feel are both accommodating to our customers and fair to Mama & Me. Please review the policies below, as these policies are binding when you register with us.
Full refunds will be given within 48 hours of registration. To cancel within this grace period, customers must send us a written notice (via email: info@mymamaandme.com) of cancellation. Mama & Me will process and issue the refund within 7 business days. See registration policy for details.
Last Minute Cancelation Policy
- Cancelations or switches occurring within 7 calendar days of the start of class will incur a fee of 50% of the total cost of the class and will only be eligible for center credit (no refunds will be given.)
- Cancellations after classes have begun will incur a fee of 50% of the total cost of the class, minus any classes that have already occurred to date.
- Exceptions for medical reasons may be made on an individual basis, and will require a physician’s or midwife’s written documentation.
- If a class is missed without notifying Mama & Me prior to the start of class, the cost of the class/workshop will be forfeited.
- No refunds or studio credit will be given for expired or unused punches on the parent passport.
Class Cancellation Due to Low Enrollment (If we cancel): If enrollment is below the studio minimum of 5 students, Mama & Me reserves the right to cancel a class up to 3 days prior to the start of that class. If a class is canceled, customers will be contacted using the phone number and/or email that you procided upon registration. We will issue a full refund or a credit towards any future class at Mama & Me. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of the class.
Instructor Illness or Facilities Related Cancelation: Occasionally, due to instructor illness or a facilities-related event, Mama & Me is forced to cancel a class. Please know that we are committed to our customers and will make every effort to provide a suitable make-up option. See options below for details:
- Drop-In Classes: Drop-in classes, new parent’s group and playspace will not be rescheduled. Customers can simply select another regularly scheduled drop-in option or playspace .
- Multi-Week Parent/Child Classes: If Mama & Me has to cancel a class we will do our best to schedule a make-up class or arrange for a make-up in another class series.
- Workshop/Special Events: If Mama & Me cancels a single-session workshop, we will offer our customers the option of switching to another scheduled workshop of the same type. If we can’t find a comparable class, we will provide credit to the studio or a refund.
Parent Passports: No refunds or center credit will be given for unused punches on the Parent Passport. All Parent Passports expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
