CANCELLATION POLICY 

Due to the advanced nature of class enrollment, we are not always able to fill last minute vacancies created by cancellations or class switches. Therefore, we have created policies that we feel are both accommodating to our customers and fair to Mama & Me. Please review the policies below, as these policies are binding when you register with us.

Full refunds will be granted within 48 hours of registration. To cancel within this grace period, customers must send us a written notice (via email: info@mymamaandme.com) of cancellation. Mama & Me will process and issue the refund within 7 business days. See registration policy for details.

Cancelling or Transferring a Prenatal Class or Workshop Registration:

  • After the purchase grace period, all cancellations up until 48 hours before the start of class will be issued a full refund (less a $10 administrative fee), in the form of Mama & Me account credit. This account credit is valid towards future use in any of our classes and programs at Mama & Me and will not expire. For questions about how to use or apply this account credit towards a class registration, please give us a call at 617-477-3432.
  • Last minute cancellations (48 hours or less before the start of class)- will be issued at 50% of the cost of class, in the form of Mama & Me account credit. This account credit is valid towards future use in any of our classes and programs at Mama & Me and will not expire. For questions about how to use or apply this account credit towards a class registration, please give us a call at 617-477-3432.
  • If a class is missed without notifying Mama & Me prior to the start of class, the cost of the class/workshop will be forfeited.

Cancelling or Transferring a Multi-Session/Series Classes:

  • After the 48 hour grace period, all cancellations will be issued a full refund (less a $10 administrative fee), in the form of Mama & Me account credit. This account credit is valid towards future use in any of our classes and programs at Mama & Me and will not expire. For questions about how to use or apply this account credit towards a class registration, please give us a call at 617-477-3432.
  • If a class is missed without notifying Mama & Me prior to the start of class, the cost of the class/workshop will be forfeited.
  • Last minute cancellations (48 hours or less before the start of class)- will be issued at 50% of the cost of class, in the form of Mama & Me account credit. Cancelling a class after the series has begun will result in 50% of the total cost of the class, minus any classes that have already occurred to date, in the form of Mama & Me account credit. 

Class Cancellation Due to Low Enrollment (If we cancel): If enrollment is below the studio minimum of 5 students, Mama & Me reserves the right to cancel a class up to 12 hours prior to the start of that class. If a class is cancelled, customers will be contacted using the phone number and/or email that you provided upon registration. In the event that we cancel a class due to low enrollment, we will issue a full refund back to the customers credit card or a class transfer if the customer prefers.

Instructor Illness or Facilities Related Cancellation: Occasionally, due to instructor illness or a facilities-related event, Mama & Me is forced to cancel a class.  Please know that we are committed to our customers and will make every effort to find an alternate instructor for the class. If we are unable to find a sub for the class, we will work closely with the class participants to provide a timely and suitable make-up option.

  • Multi-Week Parent/Child Classes: If Mama & Me has to cancel a class related to instructor illness or a facilities related cancellation we will do our best to schedule a make-up class or arrange for a make-up in another class series.
  • Workshop or Prenatal Class: If Mama & Me cancels a single-session workshop or class, we will offer our customers the option of switching to another scheduled workshop/class of the same type or we will schedule a make-up class within two weeks of the original class date. If a make-up is offered, you will not be refunded for the cancelled class. If you cannot attend the scheduled make-up class, you will have the option to switch into another comparable class or receive a refund in the form of Mama & Me account credit for future use.
