POSTNATAL YOGA (babies welcome!) 

This postnatal yoga class is designed to support the health and well-being of the new parent while providing time to bond and tend to your baby as needed. Our focus is on your recovering body and any of the challenges you currently face. We will work to strengthen the pelvic floor, core muscles of support, and upper body while opening the heart and releasing held areas of tension. In addition, we will explore and play with creative ways for you to include your little ones in class with a more floor based yoga practice, fun standing poses, and end with a relaxing wind-down. Babies 6 weeks-crawling are welcome in class. Beginners to yoga welcome to this balanced, adaptable yoga practice.

Registration Details:

All deliveries and recoveries vary from person to person. A doctor's clearance is necessary before beginning this or any postnatal exercise program. Please bring cash or check for payment in class or purchase a drop-in visit or fitness pass online with a credit card before coming to class. 



PLEASE NOTE: There are NO make up classes offered for any dates missed in the fall Postnatal Yoga series. Participants wishing for greater flexibility in scheduling options may purchase either a drop in, single class visit or a 10 class pass. Our 10 Class Pass may be used towards Postnatal Pilates or Postnatal Yoga classes. All 10 Class Passes expire 6 months from date of purchase.
