In case of inclement weather, Mama & Me reserves the right to cancel any and all classes
as deemed necessary to ensure the safety of its families and staff members. We look to
the Boston Public School Closing announcements to help us determine the safety of the
weather conditions. In general, when the Boston Public Schools are closed, we will also
be closed. If you are unsure, please check out website or call us at 617.372.7448 before
attending classes.
We will do our best to offer make-up classes for those affected by the cancellation,
however it is not always possible due to instructor availability and other scheduling
considerations. No refunds will be given for any cancellation relating to inclement
weather. For details about specific class make-up policies due to weather conditions,
please refer to details below:
Eight Week Classes: Most of our pre-registered, eight week classes are scheduled to
include a make-up class the week immediately following the session (Ninth Week).If a
class is missed during the session due to a weather related class cancellation, all class
participants are welcome to attend the make-up class.
Drop In Classes: Any drop-in classes will not be rescheduled in the case of a
weather-related event.

Toddler Enrichment Program: Due to the advanced nature of registration and enrollment for this program, we are unable to offer a
make-up class at the end of the session. There will be no refunds given if this class is cancelled due to inclement weather. We will
however, offer parents a voucher for a free drop-in class of choice in exchange for the missed class.
