Pregnancy can be an wonderful time to start journaling. This course guides you
through the steps to create your own unique, hand-made journal and provides a
welcoming space to connect with others as you begin to reflect on your own
personal journey to motherhood. Through gentle movement, singing and writing
exercises you will begin to reflect on your pregnancy and continue to strengthen
the bond with your baby. This course serves as a nice complement to other
informational courses during pregnancy as it focuses on personal creative
expression and allows you to become more aware of what you and your growing
baby need during this incredible transition.
