We offer a variety of coordinating enrichment classes for kids to help
make those workouts possible for mom! Our art classes offer a place for
children to explore their creativity in a fun, safe, nurturing environment.
Our Junior GYM classes keep them active even during the coldest winter
months! Special attention is given to providing developmentally
appropriate classes that are both fun and educational. So moms can
enjoy a guilt-free workout, knowing their kids are having fun too!
